This site, past-indicator.com, is operated by Vadim Antonov, registered as an individual entrepreneur (OGRNIP 314774603500057, INN 772271561374). In this policy we call ourselves Past Indicator, "we" or "us". We decide why and how your personal data is processed, which makes us the data controller.
For anything to do with your data, write to inbox@past-indicator.com. A person reads that inbox.
We keep this short because we collect very little.
We do not collect payment card details on this site. There is no checkout here: orders are agreed in conversation and paid through a bank or a payment provider, and those organisations handle the card data under their own policies.
Necessary cookies keep the site functioning and cannot be switched off without breaking it. Analytics cookies help us see which pages people actually read; we use Google Analytics for this, and it may set its own cookies.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, parts of the site will stop working.
We do not sell personal data and we do not trade it for advertising. We share it only with organisations that help us run the business, and only with what they need:
We ship internationally and work with partners in several countries, so your data may be transferred outside the country you live in, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we ask partners to apply protection comparable to the rules that apply to you, and we keep the amount of data transferred to the minimum the job needs.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can also withdraw consent you gave earlier, and ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these rights come from the GDPR, and you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in California, you can ask what categories of personal information we collected, request deletion, and you will not be treated worse for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by California law.
To use any of these rights, write to inbox@past-indicator.com. We answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to somebody else.
This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data about them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Access to correspondence and order records is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not keep more data than we need and we do not keep it longer than we have to.
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
